As with most of seaside Malaysia, temperatures remain fairly consistent throughout the year on Langkawi.  High temperatures average  around 32C (90F) and the lows average 21-23C (70-75F). February is typically the hottest month – October the coolest, but the variation is not really noticeable.

Rainy season is typical from September to mid-November – though rain is most common during the night.  Dry season is November until mid-April.  Even during the “Green Season” (rainy season) mornings will typically be sunny with clouds building up mid-day.
